-3 programmed workout days per week
-Strength, CrossFit, Accessory, Olympic lifting, Skill work and sport specific work.
-Wodify app workout viewing and tracking
-Unlimited coach communication
-Unlimited video evaluations
-Weekly check-ins on progress, performance and programming adjustments
-Ongoing needed support to adapt to new goals or training needs
