JACKED AND JUICY
A class dedicated to exclusively building strength and muscle definition 💪🏼 This class is low impact, welcome to all fitness levels, and will have specific days focused on lower body and upper body. We will be working on improving range of motion, strength, and muscle definition through low impact workouts and controlled movements. If you are looking to build your booty and upper body muscle definition and strength this is FOR YOU!

Strength add-on
This is an add on for additional programming. you will get the Bodybuilding program and well as the burger strength program with this add on. These are stand alone programs and are not designed to do all of each of them each day. If you are incorporating this with CrossFit classes, you will be taking pieces of the workouts to add on to your training. 

*Mayhem Bodybuilding is a stand alone hypertrophy focused program. You may layer this on top of some of the other Mayhem Athlete Program, but it is not designed to be performed on top of all other tracks each day. We will include pieces of some days in other programs as "ACCESSORY". The goals are to stay focused and rest just long enough so that you can perform the next set with quality and control unless stated otherwise. Keep your attention of each set and keep your phone in your bag. Sessions are not done "for time" but treat them like you are limited on time. Keep a visible clock running to keep you accountable.

*Burgener Strength focuses on improving athletes' strength and technique in Olympic lifting. Each day includes a warm-up, Olympic lifting skill and technique work, classic strength training, core, and accessory pieces.

Programming is offered 3 times a week.
